SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Once the buyer places an order with us, we shall intimate it about the estimated date of delivery of the product. Once the order is ready we shall inform the exact date of delivery of the Product. . Once the products are delivered and payment made, the buyer will have to sign the invoice stating that the Products have been delivered. Buyer can make their payment through various modes available over the website.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
For goods, the Buyer has five (5) business days after delivery to provide written notice to the Seller (with Craftezy customer service copied in 1) rejecting the goods. The notice should include details of either the damage to the goods, if applicable, or the specific aspects that do not match the applicable description, specifications or quantities of the goods. The Seller will have five (5) business days to respond to the Buyer’s claims.
For purchases made through eMarketplace sellers, Craftezy does not accept returned goods directly. All returns are arranged with the Seller through our Customer Service team.
After the goods have been returned to the Seller, it will take Craftezy 4-5 business days to process a refund.
The Seller may determine that a refund can be issued without returning goods. If you are not required to send your goods back for a refund, you will be notified by the Customer Service team.
Refunds will also be processed when an order is cancelled if the Seller is unable to fulfil your order and substitute goods or a substitute seller are not available.
