ACCOUNT
How does Craftezy work?
Craftezy is a fully-managed Business to Business marketplace that connects and helps International buyers trade with Indian sellers for handicraft products, artistic goods, fine art and vintage items.
Craftezy is an eMartkeplace for art lovers to buy handicrafts, home décor items and art wares from sellers in India in a customizable, user-friendly and reasonably priced manner.
Do I have to register in order to shop from Craftezy?
Craftezy allows you to browse through the products as a guest without registering but in order to purchase any product/s you will need to register with us.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account anytime. However, if you wish to purchase something form Craftezy again, you will need to register with us. Craftezy can assist you anytime when you need support for account registration and/or deletion.

PAYMENT
What are the payment modes available on Craftezy?
Craftezy offers a wide range of payment terms to ensure that Sellers and Buyers at Craftezy can conclude the transactions in a way that best suits their business needs.
The available payment terms include Escrow services, Credit Card, Bank transfer, payment gateways.
What payment information do you store?
You can be assured that we do not store your credit or debit card information or any information related to your online bank account.
Are my payment details and payment data secured?
Yes. Craftezy makes an effort to keep all data submitted by you secure. You can visit “Payments” section under Terms & Conditions to get a better understanding.
Is paying online safe?
While we use end-to-end encryption and ensure that there are no loopholes from our end, we cannot assure about the encryption methodologies used by payment gateways and the web at large. You are requested to exercise caution while using online modes of payment.
ORDER
How do I place an order?
To place an order on Craftezy, you need to follow the following simple steps-
- Select the product/s you wish to purchase.
- Negotiate the price/s with the Sellers.
- Add the desired product/s to cart.
- You will be intimated about the shipping, delivery and payment terms.
- Pay for your order and sit back till the estimated delivery date.
OR
- Select the product/s you wish to purchase.
- Fill in a Request For Quote (RFQ) and let Craftezy negotiate with the Seller/s on your behalf.
- Craftezy provides you with ready quotations based on your demand.
- Craftezy finds the right suppliers, negotiates the prices, delivery and shipping terms for you.
- Craftezy intimates you about the final offer.
- Pay for your order and sit back till the estimated delivery date.
Can I contact you and place an order?
Yes, you can contact us at support@craftezy.com and we can guide you on how to place an order.
Can I see the product before ordering it?
Viewing of samples on some eligible products is permissible, depending on the Seller. If you require samples, Craftezy can negotiate with the Seller for the same and provide samples to you.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent via email.
What if my order is incomplete?
You may please contact us if you receive an incomplete order or some product/s are missing from the order. We will need a video of you opening the order for considering any complaints in this regard.
DELIVERY
What is the standard delivery time for delivery of the products?
The delivery time depends on a lot of factors varying from which country you’re ordering from, the mode of delivery chosen by you (air or sea), whether you require customization of the product/s or not.
However, the estimated delivery time is nearly 15-30 days.
What should I do if my order does not arrive on the delivery date?
Craftezy is always in an endeavor to ensure that orders are delivered on the scheduled time. However, if your order does not arrive on the delivery date, you may contact on support@craftezy.com and we will look into the matter for you.
Are there any maximum delivery attempts?
Yes. A maximum of two (2) delivery attempts will be done from our end. A refused delivery will not be eligible for refund. If you have an issue with the product ordered, you must inform us in 3 days of receipt to take necessary action.
Do I have to pay any amount to the person delivering the product?
No, you do not have to pay any charges to the person delivering your order as all fulfillment charges will be added to your order while you place the order.
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
In case you have entered the wrong delivery address, you will be given an option able to change it before the order is shipped. Upon shipment, you will have to bear the additional charge of re-delivering it to the correct address.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Craftezy ships internationally with the help of our shipping partners who help us in shipping worldwide.
What are the shipping options available?
Craftezy ships its orders via two modes- air and sea.
What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges vary depending on the dimensions of the shipment and the mode of transport chosen.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
Craftezy allows you to continuously track the status of your order from your dashboard. You will be notified at every stage, when the order is shipped, out for delivery etc.
How long does it generally take to ship a product?

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION
What is your return policy?

Within how many hours can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel the order before it has been shipped.

What is your refund policy?

Do I get cash refund upon cancellation or return?
You have five (5) business days after the product/s has been delivered to you to provide a written notice to the Seller (with Craftezy customer service copied) stating that you are rejecting the goods.
The notice must include details regarding the damage to the product/s in the order, if applicable, or specific aspects that do not match the applicable description, specifications or quantities of the product/s. Further, the Seller will have five (5) business days to respond to your claims.
For purchases made through eMarketplace Sellers, Craftezy does not accept returned product/s directly. All returns are arranged through the Seller vide our Customer Service team. After the product/s has been returned to the Seller, it takes 4-5 business days for Craftezy to process the refund.
The Seller may determine that a refund can be issued without returning the product/s. If you are not required to send your product/s back for a refund, you will be notified by the Customer Service team.
Refunds will be processed when an order is cancelled, if the Seller is unable to fulfil your order and substitute goods or a substitute Seller is not available.

REGISTRATION
Do I need to register with Craftezy?
In order to sell on Craftezy, we need to authenticate that the sellers are genuine and provide authentic and quality products.
Thus, it is mandatory for Sellers to register on Craftezy.
What is the procedure for Seller Registration on Craftezy?
To register as a Seller, you need to fill in a simple registration form and provide us with certain documents for verification purposes. On completion of verification, you will be allowed to list your products and sell on Craftezy.
Do I have to pay any registration fee to Craftezy?
No, Craftezy does not charge any subscription fees from the Sellers. Craftezy only charges a commission on the sale, the percentage and amount of which will be notified to you after you register as a Seller.
What are the supporting documents required for registration?
In order to register as a Seller, you will be required to submit Company proof, GST number and IEC code for international shipping along with the registration form. You may also be required to submit any other document as and when recognized by the government or regulatory authorities.
Are there any other charges to be paid to Craftezy?
No, there are no hidden charges levied by Craftezy. However there may be payment processing charges if the buyers choose to pay through payment gateways or escrow services.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account anytime. However, if there are any pending payouts, it is recommended that you wait for such payouts to be processed and then delete your account.
Please note that deletion of account is subject to provisions of the terms and conditions and your agreement with us.

LISTING OF PRODUCTS
What products am I allowed to list on Craftezy?
Presently Craftezy only allows sale of handicraft items, Indian handicraft products and home décor products.
Why can I not see some of the listed products?
The listing of products may take some time as each product goes through a scrutiny by Craftezy before it is listed on the website. Thus, you are requested to wait for some time before the listing is finally done.
It may sometimes happen that the product/s may not match the Craftezy marketplace standards and protocols and thus may not be listed.
However, if you believe there is a discrepancy and your product/s has somehow not been listed, please contact us.
How do I relist my products?
The Seller dashboard allows you to relist the products in a simple manner. However, if you wish to add new products, you will have to follow the same procedure for listing new products.
Is there a minimum listing requirement to begin selling on Craftezy?
No, there is no minimum listing requirement to sell on Craftezy. However, it is recommended that you keep adding more products for visibility and recognition on the platform.
MISCELLANEOUS
Who can sell on Craftezy?
Handicraft manufacturers, Handicraft wholesalers, Handicraft shop owners, handicraft distributors, indie businesses and sellers of vintage and antique products.
How do I sell on Craftezy?
On completion of registration and verification, you will be allowed to sell on Craftezy.
When can I start selling on Craftezy?
In ideal cases, you can start selling within 48 hours of completion of registration.
Can I offer both products and services on Craftezy?
Craftezy is only a handicrafts and home décor based marketplace. Hence, you can provide any services through Craftezy.
Do I need to send my products to Craftezy?
No, Craftezy does not provide any warehousing facilities presently.
Who decides the prices of the products?
Sellers decide the prices of the product/s.
When and how will I get paid?
Sellers will be paid through bank transfer to the bank account details added on your profile. Sellers will be paid after the buyer/s receives their product/s. In this way Craftezy assures safety for both ends as the buyer/s will pay before the products are shipped and seller/s will be paid once the product/s reaches the buyers.
What happens if none of my products are sold?
Craftezy will always prefer quality over quantity. Thus, there is a thorough check of the Seller/s before getting them listed on our platform. Craftezy is dedicated to help you attain maximum sales and will try to help you at every stage possible, e.g.- to refine your product catalogues and product descriptions, negotiation with the buyers, selling at competitive prices etc. so that you can avail maximum advantage, sales and visibility.
Can I list my business elsewhere?
Yes, you can list your business elsewhere. Craftezy has been established keeping in mind to provide the best and the most premium platform for handicraft and home décor sellers and connecting them with international buyers. Thus, it would be really helpful if you make Craftezy your primary choice to provide exclusivity.
